Biography

I was born in Chisinau, in a loving family that wanted me to have a good quality education. When I was 7 years old, a piano came into our house and I started playing it for pleasure. Until 13 the piano was a hobby, then I was transferred to the Music High School "Ciprian Porumbescu" in the class of Prof. Gaiană Teseoglu. Here I decided that I wanted to dedicate my life to music. 

 

I followed Bachelor courses at the Music Academy "Gheorghe Dima" in Cluj-Napoca in the class of prof. Daniel Goiți. I spent the third year of my degree at the Mozarteum Salzburg with an Erasmus scholarship in the class of prof. Tünde Kurucz and Imre Rohmann. Then followed a Master degree at the National University of Music in Bucharest with prof. Dana Borșan. In March 2024 I completed another master's degree in chamber music at the MDW University of Music and Dramatic Arts, Vienna. with prof. Avedis Kouyoumdjian. 

 

I have performed solo, with orchestra and in chamber music ensembles in Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Italy, Hungary, Germany and Switzerland.  

 

One of my goals as a musician is to bring classical music closer to a wider audience. With this goal in 2015 I founded the Moldo Crescendo festival. Since then I accompany most of my concerts with explanations about the composers and the pieces I play because I think by understanding this music, one can really enter this huge universe of experiences and emotions.
